Upon receipt of this information, you will receive an email from Casket Empty Media, giving you instructions about how to submit your order and payment options. When submitting your order, one complimentary desk copy of the OT Study Guide and/or OT Timeline may be requested if they are being used for as a required textbook for a seminary or college course. Return Policy: Casket Empty will accept returns of products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and resellable. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will be reflected in your refund. Before returning a product, you are required to notify Casket Empty that you are requesting a refund, at which time, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping address and instructions about how to return the product. No refunds will be issued for any products returned after 30 days.
